All products purchased on the site can be returned, within the following period of time. Please inform us of your decision to return the items within 14 days by email to be sent to email@example.com from the date you received them (or were received by the persons indicated by you, couriers excluded).
Returns must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, and must have their original label. Incomplete products or returns will not be accepted or subject to any refund and will therefore be returned to you.
HOW CAN I MAKE THE RETURN?
The return can be made by courier or by post.
Send us an email specifying the order number on which you want to exercise your right of return.
We will reply to you on the same working day or at the latest on the following one, accepting your will to withdraw.
Put the item (s) you would like to return in the box you received the order in. Make sure the items are intact and unworn and that you have not harmed them.
You can pack them using the same box in which you received them.
You can send them to us at your expense via courier or via the Italian post office.
Please remember that the responsibility for the return lies with you until the package is delivered to us. You will be notified by email as soon as we receive your return. You will receive the refund in the same way you made the payment, within 5-14 days depending on the rules of your bank.
If you withdraw from your order according to the instructions, we will refund all payments you have made on our site, including the ordinary shipping costs if you have paid them and any administration costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no more. later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to return the products. However, we will withhold the refund until the products are returned or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever comes first. Once the returned products have been checked and verified at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. Your refund will be paid to the same credit card or account used to pay for the order.
Refunds normally take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statement, after receiving the e-mail confirming receipt of your return in our warehouse. The length of time depends solely on the conditions of your credit card company. You can always check the status of your refund in your online account or by contacting the company that issued the card.
For partial returns there is no refund of shipping costs, except in the case in which the items are returned due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.
In this case, the refund of the shipping costs will indicate the percentage of returned items (example: if one in three items is returned, only 1/3 of the shipping costs will be refunded).
To receive a full refund, it is important that we receive the items in the same condition in which you received them. The returned item must be complete, undamaged, unwashed and with all labels intact.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
At the moment we do not have the exchange service as the current legislation is not clear therefore we invite you to return products that you are not fully satisfied with. As soon as your return reaches our warehouse, an e-mail notification will be sent to you and your refund will be made. If you want another item, color or size, please place a new order.
